1. How to choose material and grade

NdFeb magnet and SmCo magnet are divided into many grades, you could learn Br. Hcb, BHmax. , Max. Working temperature and so on.

 

2. Definition of max working temperature:

Fully magnetize the product D10*10 and keep one hour at some temperature, at that time the flux attenuation is below 5%, that is the max working temperature.

For example: Specification: D10*10, 45M, fully magnetized. Keep 1 hour at 100℃, and then flux attenuation ≤5%.

When the magnet reaches the max temperature, as the time is short, the whole magnet doesn’t reach the instantaneous max temperature, For the big products, the flux attenuation is not serious at that time, but for the small products, the flux changes a lot. In all, bigger products, shorter time of instantaneous max temperature, less affection to the flux.

3. Customer Complaints

If the products have quality or other problems, customer can contact our Sales Department, then the sales will submit it to the Quality Department and Technical Department to do the analysis. After providing the solutions, then the sales contact customer to give the feedback.

4. Packing of the powerful strength of Magnets to ship safely by air

We will do the magnetic isolation packing for air shipment of magnetized products. Isolation packing means do the shielding with iron part outside of the box. But for non-magnetized products, no need to do this.
